Privacy Policy

The controller for data collected via the site and the Wakili service is Entervio SAS, Bureau 3, 18 rue Masséna, 06000 Nice, France. For any question about your data, contact anas@entervio.fr.

When you use Wakili to run a voice agent, the people who call your agent (your customers, your users) also have data processed: audio, transcripts, conversation content.

For that data, you are the data controller and Wakili acts as a processor under Article 28 of the GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request for Growth and Enterprise customers.

• Account: email, password (hashed), organization name
• Billing: name, billing address, payment history (via our payment provider)
• Usage: agent configuration, call logs, latency, volume
• Technical: IP address, browser type, for security purposes
• Support: content of your exchanges with our team

• Providing the service and managing your account: performance of a contract
• Billing and accounting obligations: legal obligation
• Platform security and fraud prevention: legitimate interest
• Product communications, where you’ve opted in: consent

Your data is accessible to the Wakili team and to our technical providers (hosting, payments, support). The STT/LLM/TTS providers you connect yourself (Deepgram, OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, etc.) receive the call data required to run your agent, under your own contractual relationship with them.

Account data is kept for the duration of your use of the service, then for 3 years after your last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required by law (accounting, in particular). Call logs are retained according to the duration set in your organization’s settings.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to anas@entervio.fr.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority, if you believe your rights aren’t being respected.

Wakili doesn’t use any advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Your display preference (light/dark theme) is stored locally in your browser (localStorage), not in a cookie, and is never sent to our servers.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is limited to people who need it for their role. See our security page for more detail.
