Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) between your application, Wakili, and your STT/LLM/TTS providers. Stored data (agent configuration, call logs) is encrypted at rest.

Wakili’s infrastructure is hosted with Oracle America, Inc. Data is never resold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

On the Growth and Enterprise plans, provider API keys you connect are stored encrypted, never logged in plaintext, and never accessible to other organizations.

Access to production systems is limited to people who need it for their role, with two-factor authentication on our own internal access.

SOC 2 is in progress. HIPAA options and data residency are available on the Enterprise plan, on request.
