Terms of Service

Wakili is a platform that lets you compose a voice agent from the STT, LLM, and TTS providers of your choice, and expose that agent via a webhook or REST API.

You’re responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. An account is intended for professional use, or personal testing under the Starter plan.

The Starter plan is free for up to 30 minutes per month. The Growth plan is billed pro-rata to usage, at the rates shown on the pricing page at the time of consumption. Costs from your own STT/LLM/TTS providers are billed directly by those providers, or passed through by Wakili identically, depending on how you connect them. The Enterprise plan is governed by a separate contract.

If you subscribe as a consumer under French law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of subscription, unless you’ve expressly requested immediate performance of the service and waived that period.

You agree not to use Wakili for unsolicited outreach, fraud, voice impersonation without consent, or any unlawful activity. You’re solely responsible for the content of your prompts and the conversations generated by your agents.

You remain the data controller for the personal data of people who interact with your voice agents, including obtaining any consents or disclosures required under the GDPR. Wakili acts as a processor, see our privacy policy.

Wakili commits to providing the service with reasonable care, without a guarantee of continuous availability beyond the specific contractual commitments of the Enterprise plan. Wakili can’t be held liable for failures of third-party STT/LLM/TTS providers you’ve chosen.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Entervio SAS may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these Terms, with prior notice except in urgent cases (fraud, security).

The software, the Wakili brand, and all elements of the platform remain the property of Entervio SAS. You retain ownership of your prompts, configurations, and data.

These Terms may be updated. Any substantial change will be notified to you with reasonable notice before it takes effect.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the courts of Nice shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
